Hire and Flare was founded back in 2019, and initially started within the existing IT company, Reenbit. At that time, the IT market grew extremely fast, which resulted in a need for extra help with recruitment.

We instantly knew – we needed to try to solve this problem and help other companies eliminate issues with hiring. That’s how we established an independent agency aimed at IT recruitment services, hired the best skilled professionals and launched a performing business model.
